DELAWARE VALLEY CHAPTER
The
Delaware Valley Chapter of APT was founded in 1985. Since then, the
chapter has organized and sponsored several national conferences and
symposia for the benefit of multidisciplinary practitioners of historic
preservation. Three conferences have addressed preservation and
restoration issues related to timber-frame structures. In 2001 the
chapter hosted a training workshop, which addressed scaffolding and
temporary protection challenges for structures. The chapter offers
monthly lectures that provide opportunities to share and explore
in-depth preservation issues and challenges.
Those interested in joining the Delaware Valley Chapter
are welcome at any of the meetings. For more information on our
upcoming events, levels of membership, and membership dues, please
