The Golden Gate Park Public Artwork event registration begins at 9:30 am and the tour promptly at 10:00 am. Groups will join conservation and public art professionals to talk about the history of the sculptures, conservation planning, and recently completed preservation projects. The tour will end with a box lunch (provided in ticket cost) in the park. There will be a short break in the schedule to allow transportation time to the next event. Transportation on your own.
The War Memorial Building Seismic Upgrade Rehabilitation tour and presentation event registration begins at 2:00 pm and tour promptly at 2:30 pm in the Lobby. We will start with a walking tour of the building, followed by a presentation in the Green Room of the War Memorial Building which concludes at 4:30 pm. The presentation will be followed by WCAPT’s annual meeting presentation and reception, also in the Green Room, ending at 6:30 pm. If you register for one or both of the tours, then no need to register for the meeting or reception.
