Reservations must be made by Friday, October 7, 2016 to secure the conference rate. Reservations made after this date may be subject to the prevailing hotel rates. Current tax rates are 6% state, 9% city and 1.75% county taxes.
A Tall Story

Getting Around San Antonio
The E – Free Downtown Circulator - The E is VIA's Downtown circulator, providing an easy and convenient way to explore entertainment venues, dining, and cultural sites. The E is free! It will operate Tuesday-Saturday, 6:00 pm-Midnight, and will run every 10 minutes. This route provides frequent service from many of downtown’s best restaurants and hotels to entertainment venues and the Henry B. González Convention Center. Downtown Travel – If you're in town for a few days and want to take advantage of the Streetcar, your best deal is to buy a One Day Pass for $2.75. Order your pass online or stop by the Downtown Information Center or one of the outlet centers. When you get in town, pick up a streetcar brochure in your hotel lobby. All three streetcar routes connect you to the Henry B. González Convention Center.
Free Mobile App – “Go VIA VIA” is the official VIA Metropolitan Transit free mobile app. This app is a convenient and time saving tool for VIA bus riders with iPhone and Android smartphones. Riders can view transit stops in the area and get real time arrivals for routes. Or just set an alert and the app will let you know when your bus is minutes away. You can also use the app to plan your trip, view routes and look up schedules. “Go VIA VIA” provides easy connections to VIA’s online store, rider alerts, Facebook page and Twitter feeds. River Taxi – The River Taxi stops at 39 locations on the River Walk. Purchase a one-way pass for $5, 24-hour pass for $10 or a 3-day pass, $25. Click here to see the river taxi route. Taxi – Travel within the downtown area, there is a minimum charge of $5. Two - six people ride for the price of one.

The Sightseer Special Bus – The Sightseer Special (Bus 7) runs daily between the city's favorite sites. You can travel to them all for one price. Locations visited by the Sightseer Special include: River Walk Streetcar Station, Henry B. González Convention Center, Alamo, San Antonio Museum of Art, Japanese Tea Garden, Brackenridge Park, San Antonio Zoo, Trinity University, University of Incarnate Word, Witte Museum and San Antonio Botanical Garden.
Bike-Share Program – San Antonio B-Cycle is an automated bike sharing system intended for short trips and quick adventures. B-stations are distributed in downtown San Antonio in highly visible and trafficked areas. Ride a B-Cycle and check it back in to any B-Station within 30 minutes. The clock starts when you undock. Pango Parking Locator App – The City of San Antonio has launched the downtown parking locator app provided by Pango Mobile Parking. This FREE parking locator app helps motorists find parking using their smartphone’s location. The app includes parking rates and current availability for all downtown parking locations.
