To check in and get your materials here at Conference, visit the Registration Desk in the Laurens Room on the Mezzanine in the Francis Marion Hotel. It is open:

  • Sunday from 7:30 am - 7 pm
  • Monday from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Tuesday from 6:30 am - 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday from 7:30 am - 9:00 am

Get the best rate before August 7. Review the reservation fee matrix.

Registration fees increase on August 7 and again on September 4. Register early to take advantage of the discounted rates. To qualify for the early registration rate, online registration must be completed by 11:59 pm, August 6, 2012. To qualify for the standard registration rate, online registration must be completed by 11:59 pm, September 3. The late fee will apply on Tuesday, September 4.

The APT Partner rate is extended to Conference contributors (speakers, session chairs, sponsors, APT board members, etc.). A registrant code is required to access that rate and will be given to the appropriate parties.

APT memberships are individual. If you are not an APT member, please pay the non-member rate. APT Corporate and Patron members may use the member rate to register employees affiliated with their memberships. The nonmember rate includes membership in APT through June 2013.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing via email to registrar@apti.org or via fax to 217-529-7178. If you must cancel, please note that registrations are transferrable. Therefore, if one representative from your organization needs to cancel, you may replace them with another attendee with no registration penalties. Administrative fees will be charged as follows:

If you cancel...        APT will refund...
through September  7   ...all but $25
September 13-21   ...all but $100
after September 21    ...only $100
