Rocky Mountain Chapter

APT's Rocky Mountain Chapter, established in 2004, serves Colorado, New Mexico, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah, and includes members from Nebraska. 

Since inception, the chapter has organized annual events including a rising-damp case-study seminar at the Richards Hart Estate in Wheat Ridge, Colorado; field trips to two historic ranches in Estes Park, Colorado, to compare rehabilitation techniques; a window restoration workshop at Santa Maria Ranch in Park County, Colorado; and tours of a historic stone quarry in Colorado Springs, the Chautauqua National Historic Landmark District in Boulder, Colorado, the adobe Romero House in Fort Collins,Colorado, and the restoration work at the Wyoming State Capitol in Cheyenne.

The Rocky Mountain Chapter also participates in educational sessions affiliated with Colorado Preservation, Inc.’s annual conference in Denver, where the chapter also has its annual cocktail reception.
