APT keynote speaker profiled in Smithsonian Magazine
John Ochsendorf, an MIT professor, is profiled in the August 2010 issue of Smithsonian magazine. He is featured for his work that shows how ancient architecture can be the basis for a more sustainable future. He collaborated on a project at the Cooper Hewitt Design Museum with APT members Bob Silman and Derek Trelstad from the New York-based engineering firm Robert Silman Associates.
