2025 BYLAWS REVISIONS

Starting in 2023, the BPE Committee worked to revise APT's Bylaws, in collaboration with the Board, committees, College of Fellows, and legal counsel.

The committee's primary goal during this revision has been to update the Bylaws to respond to regulatory requirements of the District of Columbia (where APT is incorporated), organizational structure, and roles and responsibilities.

At the January 30, 2025 Board Meeting, the Board accepted the Draft Bylaws. These Draft Bylaws were available for comment by the APT membership for sixty (60) days.

Membership Review and Comment
All current APT members in good standing were welcomed and encouraged to review the Draft Bylaws and submit comments by April 20, 2025.

The Draft Bylaws, with member comments incorporated, go to the Board for review and adoption at the April 26, 2025, Board meeting. Once approved, the links below will be updated.
