Bylaws, Policies, and Ethics

The Bylaws, Policy, and Ethics (BPE) Committee advises the Board on all matters pertaining to bylaws, policy, and ethical conduct of The Association. The committee reviews and updates the Bylaws and Policies of The Association as requested by the Board. The committee also manages the process used for alleged violation of APT's Conflict of Interest Policy, Code of Ethics, Code of Conduct of Directors and Officers, Whistleblower Policy, or such other codes or policies as APT's Board may find appropriate.

The committee is composed of five (5) members, one (1) member from the College of Fellows who shall serve as Chairperson, two (2) Directors, and up to two (2) members from general membership,.
