The Association for Preservation Technology International (APT) is committed to providing professionals of underrepresented communities the unique opportunity to engage with, learn from, and make life-long professional connections with peers from around the world at the annual APT Conference. Thanks to the generous support of Getty, APT is pleased to offer the APT Getty Fellows program for professionals to attend the APT Annual Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana, from October 26-30, 2026.
This program is an enhancement to a previous scholarship program offered by APT and is made possible with support from Getty. Be sure to check eligibility and selection requirements.
Selected APT Getty Fellows receive the following benefits:
- Complimentary conference registration, including tickets to a halfday Field Session, Chapters Breakfast, and Closing Celebration.
- Reimbursed roundtrip economy airfare to Indianapolis and ground transportation to/from airport to hotel.
- $200 USD stipend for meals and incidentals available upon arrival in Indianapolis.
- Accommodations in a shared hotel room for up to 5 nights with arrival on October 26 and departure on October 31. (Requests for a single room are based on availability and would require the recipient to pay for half the hotel rate).
- Opportunity to network and receive mentorship from industry professionals from around the world.
